Product Research

  • Review client product assortments to identify target keywords that are relevant to the product.
  • Identify top selling Listings for that keyword. Run research to determine their sales volume and top performing variations.
  • Run the pricing analysis to determine the net payout on an item through FBA.
  • Create multiple scenarios on the item and show net payouts:
    • Investment phase where we are spending on AMS and slower inventory turns
    • Post build up phase without investing as much in Amazon advertising
    • Run additional scenarios with alternative pricing options
  • Investigating opportunities to sell multi-packs on specific units. Running net payout forecasts on multi-packs
Listing Building

  • Setting up the parent / child variation logic for initial product assortment and future development.
  • Completing new item set up import sheet.
  • Tacking on to existing listings when necessary or tacking new child listings onto existing parent listings.

  • Photograph product:
    • Generate 7 high res images for Amazon listing page
    • Generate additional detail shots for infographics and Enhanced brand Content
  • Retouching – Retouch the images on Amazon’s image requirements to support zoom.
  • Image naming – Grouping all images by listing so that they can be efficiently uploaded.

Inventory Management

  • Work with client to plan inventory allocations for each ASIN.
  • Work with client to prepare shipping plan based on their existing product preparation.
  • Create FBA shipment in compliance with all Amazon requirements.
  • Prepare detailed packing instructions for client warehouse.
  • Coordinate pick up with carrier and make sure the shipment is tracked into FBA.
  • Reconcile shipment after receipt.  File any claims for lost inventory on the shipment.
Enhanced Brand Content

  • Create copy and call outs for enhanced brand content.
